Commandments to Good Health

One might ask. "How do these ten commandments apply to me?"  If  you're to have the good health that you deserve it might be necessary to incorporate regular exercise and good nutrition into your wellness plan. Both are good for the body, mind, and soul. It's about making a difference in the ways you seek to keep your body well. Now we have the knowledge and ability to change and enhance our lifestyles. The

  1. Thou shalt never diet again.
  2. Thou shalt tally pleasure, not calories
  3. Thou shalt eat early and often.
  4. Thou shalt escape personal fat traps.
  5. Thou shalt exercise smarter, not harder
  6. Thou shalt work with your body type, not against it.
  7. Thou shalt nourish your body and soul.
  8. Thou shalt do what works for you.
  9. Thous shalt forgive thyself for "mistakes."
  10. Thou shalt celebrate small successes.
