Simple Remedy to Reduce Snoring

I wonder why is that some people might act like snoring is embarrassing. They are quick to say " I don't snore" instead they point their finger at you. It's a normal body function that is out of sequence. The cause of  snoring is result of a disturbance in the way of air passage from the mouth or nose going to the lungs. While you are sleeping narrowing of the airway cause tissues in the back of the throat  to vibrate, as a result it produces the annoying noise.

Most of the time it  is not a really serious health problem for snorer. Yet it could be a hell of a problem to the other bed partner. Studies show that up to 50 percent of men and 35 percent of women snore regularly. There are times when it become a such a bothersome that partner find themselves sleeping in separate rooms. I heard that snoring is a such big issue in some relationships that they are building home with to master bedrooms or rooms just for snorer.

You may be able to stop or  minimize snoring  with a few lifestyle changes such as lose weight, quit smoking, less alcohol, and adjust your sleep posture. There is a herbal remedy that my husband uses and it make big difference in his sleep pattern. He makes a decoction or tea, whatever you want call it, from sage leaf. Sometimes he uses ground sage and empty tea bags to brew up him a tea before bedtime. He will drink 2-3 cups a couple of hours before bedtime. It really helps reduce his snoring, if he snores it is very minimum and I can tolerate it. The aroma from the tea make every day smell like Thanksgiving in our home. Sage as always been a  requirement in my Thanksgiving turkey stuffing.  You can enjoy some quiet, comfortable rest over time when the snorer make adjustments to their lifestyle and/or use this home remedy.
