Sweet Tooth Cure

Especially during the holidays, I like making those oven-baked goodies and eating them as well. I've always, always loved sweet potato and pecan pies. Though pecans can be used to make some of the most scrumptious desserts, like pecan praline, pecan crumb cakes, and praline pecan cakes. They are so good. During that time of year it is may be tempted to over indulge with the table overflowing with delicious foods.

It's so easy to tack in those unwanted pounds around holiday time, but according to research some of those desserts might now not be so bad after all. Some desserts might actually have excellent health benefits, including gingerbread, pecan pies, and pumpkin cheesecake. These desserts are sure to found on many tables during the year. "Which is your favorite?"

Pecans are believed to be a leader in antioxidants than other nuts. Besides, they have some basis nutrients to help maintain cholesterol levels and support a healthy heart.

Pumpkins are Grade A in helping to cleanse your system and preventing certain diseases. And contains valuable substances to boost your immune system.

Ginger have long been considered a digestive, motion sickness, and nausea classic wellness spice. What better way to end your meal than with a gingerbread man.

These type of desserts will definitely spout your taste bud that gives a whole new meaning to sweet tooth.
