It would be nice if those that suffer from arthritis could wave a magic wand and pain would be gone. Life isn't that simple. As one know, we normally rely on a physician to diagnose and treat this crippling disease. And of course, this is a good and correct thing to do. Many doctors does little to nothing to actually treat the disease itself, instead they prescribe drugs to to help treat the symptoms of this disease. Beyond a shadow of a doubt, these drugs soothes and relieves pain for hours;possibly longer.
Another problem. Now you have tinnitus (ringing in the ear), increases appetite, water retention, skin problems, just some of the negative side effects from the prescribed medication. Now, "what do I do?" Call the Doc and tell I need to come in and visit with you ASAP. Ok, I have this ringing in my ears. The doctor will be glad to prescibe an additional drug for tinnitus to counteract the ringing in the ear caused by the arthritis. You see where this going, sometimes certain meds creates a chain reaction which contributes to many other ailments that affects your overall well-being.
That old saying, "you are what you eat" proves to be a true statement. Foods can have a positive as well as a negative effect to your body. They can heal or harm, for that reason adapt a wholesome eating habit for treating arthritis.
